Extensive support is offered through MediSwitch’s toll free Contact Centre where trained agents will address both technical issues and claims tracking queries. Support is further enhanced by Client Liaison Officers who make personal visits to practices, assisting with a wide range of issues, covering the entire switching process. Quarterly newsletters keep practices informed of medical scheme administrator updates, submission codes and the latest on efficient and effective practice management.
