Feedback reports not printing or downloading in SwítchComm

Are you having problems with your feedback reports not printing or downloading? Here are a few tips on how to check if your feedback reports have downloaded:
Click on the SwitchViewer icon  on your desktop

When SwitchViewer is opened you will see the screen below:



Search for the batch in the Batch number field as shown below:

If the batch reflects in the Batch Number field double click on the batch then click print.

Response files not printing or downloading in SwítchComm Plus

Are you experiencing problems with your response files not printing or downloading? Here are a few tips on how to download your response files:
Click on the SwítchComm Plus icon  on your desktop.

The screen below will be open once SwítchComm Plus has loaded.



In the response field, claims display the Sent status as seen below:



Click on the drop-down arrow next to Send and Receive, then click on the Receive tab illustrated below.



The claim statuses should change to Accepted or Rejected:
