Once you have registered, you will receive an electronic invoice to the amount of R2070.00 incl. VAT. Please note that bookings can only be confirmed once payment has been received. Payments have to be made at least 2 weeks before the training date.
After your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details (time, venue and directions).
The course will help medical receptionists to performs both front and back-office duties effectively; equipping them to interact with patients, visitors (like medical reps) and the other healthcare professionals. In addition to greeting patients and vendors, receptionists must be able to schedule appointments, answer phones, and respond to emails.
