  • Membership Status Validation (MSV) – that allows you to check the validity and eligibility of a patient's current membership status with a medical scheme

  • Proof of delivery (POD) notifications for claims submitted
  • Quarterly newsletters
  • Updated medical scheme and administrators activation codes
  • Training dates
