Call Centre

The MediSwitch Call Centre handles an average 500 calls per day and with a culturally diverse team we are able to assist clients in Afrikaans, English, Zulu, Xhosa and other African languages thereby allowing us to resolve the majority of queries within 3 minutes.

The call centre is staffed by 14 trained agents, of different skill-set levels, to provide a mechanism for quick and efficient escalation when required.

There are an additional 4 agents that are dedicated to providing pro-active support, and it is these agents that form our Outbound service. MediSwitch strives to meet and exceed all industry standard service levels and to date have recorded superior figures in this regard.

Each team has its own management structure to ensure every aspect of our customer interaction is monitored to ensure the highest possible service levels.

The call centre is open from 7am to 6pm during weekdays and from 8am to 1pm every Saturday.
