MMI Health Update to Membership Details

Kindly note that some claims for Transmed, Wooltru and Imperial Medical schemes were rejected mainly due to outdated/incorrect membership details used when submitting a claim.

Below are the main causes of claims being rejected:

  • Outdated membership numbers are used. As of 1st January 2017, MMI Health had provided all Transmed, Wooltru and/or Imperial Medical Aid scheme members with new membership numbers.
  • Incorrect first names are used.
  • Incorrect spelling of names is used.
  • Use of surname as the first name and vice versa.

Please ensure that all your Transmed, Wooltru and/or Imperial Medical Aid scheme members details have been updated on your system.
